Take a workout break and take time for yourself with workOUTbreak by Melissa!

Welcome to my page! A few years ago many people had been told to stay indoors and practice social distancing for the next few weeks (or months) due to COVID-19. This meant, our fitness centers closed. As a result, I created this space for people to join me in high-intensity workouts in the comfort of their own homes or outside, in person. We are still working out together after all these years and we love it when new people join us!

Donations: We love to work out together, help others with donations, and support each other in our personal endeavors! Together, and with the match from Dell, we donated $1000 to give4cdcf.org! We also purchased additional masks to donate to local nursing homes and businesses in our community. I am so humbled by your generosity and proud of our group! We recently raised $5000 for the Walk to Cure Arthritis, Lake County. Thank you again for all that donated to this cause.

Step One:

Please click on the link below to sign the waiver before viewing or participating in any of my workouts. This must be signed in order to participate.

STEP TWO:

Classes will be held on Zoom and in Person. You will need to download Zoom onto your phone or computer. Use this link to enter the Zoom room for each workout. Password: burpee

STEP THREE:

All classes will be posted on my YouTube Channel below to watch later. Here you will be able to see all recorded classes to watch if you miss the live classes. Please be sure to subscribe.

STEP FOUR:
