Class canceled. I’m so sorry to cancel class last minute, but I am experiencing side effects from the first dose of the vaccine and cannot workout this morning.

I know you all understand, but I am so very sorry.

Please sleep in, and then use a recording from YouTube or any past workouts you may have lying around.

Don’t forget we are changing the class time tomorrow to 8:15AM. All of you who chose this time better be there 🙂

Please take a minute to tell me your thoughts/preferences about Saturdays class. If you recall, I have my sister-in-laws baby show during our regular class time. Here are a few options that could work for me. I’m happy to adjust our class time this week based on the majority.
