WE WILL BE OUTSIDE TODAY! Meet me in BG at the park by the Montessori School. If the lot is full, please do not park under the basketball hoop. Please either park at the Chuch across the street or on Logsdon Lane (Turn right on Thompson and right on Logsdon Lane).

Pivot to Outdoors for tonight
I am hearing some of you loud and clear….we will be outdoors tonight. With this heat, if it rains it will be a good thing 🙂

Tentative Zoom tonight
Of course I am looking at the weather and it shows storms at 2 and 5 on one app and 4 and 6 on another. I will keep an eye out on the weather (if I can today), but for now, lets plan on Zoom. I know we want to be out, but as is our summer weather, it says its going to rain. Let’s see what it does.
Indoors today
Due to the predicted storms and heat, we will meet on Zoom today. I will keep checking the weather for Thursday to see if we can be outside Thursday. I hope to see you all on Zoom at 5:30 PM tonight!
Feeling Hot, Hot, Hot
This might be our motto tomorrow! Join me for a very humid, but fun workout tomorrow in LZ. I am thinking we might move to the shade for some relief, but we will see how it feels tomorrow. It may be better than the trusted weather app suggests 🙂
