Saturday Morning FUN!

Don’t forget to start your day out with a heart pumping workout and have some fun with me. Meet me in your workout space at 9:30 AM.

You will need weights, discs/towels/paper plates, and a mat. And bring your CAN DO attitude to 🙂

And if you want to really challenge yourself, you can run the bridge 4-8 times after since it will be so nice out.

Oh, and one more thing, we have a birthday to celebrate! (In case you are new to class, that means lots of burpees).
