Get your Saturday work out finished by 10:30 tomorrow morning. Come join me at 9:30 AM with weights, a mat, a piece of paper and a pen/pencil. You will need to keep count and track your reps. The more you focus on counting your reps, the more likely you are to push yourself just a little bit harder. This will be a full-body workout.
