80 Mt. Climbers, 60 Jumping Jacks, 40 Squat Jumps, 20 Plank Walks, 10 Burpee Star Jumps

Hit the Floors (each side)

Sit-ups/crunches

Jump Lunges (or alternating lunges) (each side)

Sit-ups/crunches

Donkey Kicks

Sit-ups/crunches

Squat Rows

Sit-ups/crunches

Run/Shuffle Boxes (run to the front, shuffle to the right, run backwards, shuffle to the left)

Sit-ups/crunches
