1. Arrive between 9:30 and 11 AM on Saturday, June 6. You can start when you arrive.
  2. Park on Lions Ct (before my house) or on Schuldt Dr. (after my house) (image below)
  3. Bring your weights/water/towel to my house
  4. You will start with a warm-up
  5. Go through the 8 Stations around the yard
  6. Start your run/walk
  7. Return at house and go through 8 Stations around the yard
  8. Celebrate with water, bananas and donuts!

Please text me if there are any issues finding my house or if you get lost on the trail πŸ™‚

If you are unable to make it tomorrow, don’t worry. There are a bunch of my recorded workouts on YouTube. Use the link on my homepage to get to the workouts or go to the videos page. In other words, you have no excuse not to be working out tomorrow morning with me. πŸ™‚


  1. Will you post what each of the 8 stations are for those of us who are too far away to drive to Lake Zurich?


    1. Sure, I can do that! Don’t forget, you can also watch any of the past workouts on Youtube. The quality isn’t the best because it’s recorded on Zoom, but it’s better than a long drive πŸ™‚
