August Challenge

I’m creating an August Challenge for our group! Let’s see how many of us can meet it!

August Challenge: Workout 20 times this month! These can be workouts with Melissa on Zoom or In Person classes on Saturdays. Other ideas include: bike ride, run, brisk walk, yoga, strength workouts, hiking, swimming, etc.

Let us know when you accomplish this goal by posting in our Workoutbreak Facebook page.
