Saturday Workout

Don’t forget that there is no class this Saturday, but there is still a workout to be done! I’m expecting you workout. In case you need some motivation, here are my suggestions for your workout on Saturday. It’s going to be nice out…so get out and enjoy the sunshine.

Cardio: Run a 5k or about 30 minutes (Feel free to bike or walk for your cardio.)

  • Run for 5 minutes, stop
  • Complete 20 walking lunges, 10 Push-ups, 10 Squats
  • Run for 5 more minutes
  • Complete the exercises above.
  • Keep repeating until 30 minutes is up.

After 30 minutes of cardio (above), complete the following strength exercises:

Station 1: 20-30 Bent Over Rows

Station 2: 20-30 Dead lifts

Station 3: 20-30 Bicep Hammer Curls

Station 4: 20-30 Triceps Overhead Extensions

Station 5: 20-30 Side Lunges

Station 6: 20-30 Shoulder Presses

Repeat the stations 1 more time.

Complete your AB Series for the day and you are done!
