Don’t forget that we will start at 9 AM tomorrow morning. It will be on Zoom, as the ice is pretty thick out there and I don’t want anyone slipping and getting hurt.

This is the time to reflect on last year and think about how you can be better in 2021. Now most of you are pretty near perfect, myself included :), but if we are being honest, we can always be better! Right?! So, what are your health goals for this year?
