I am sending out a reminder about classes this week. I will be out of town Thursday-Sunday, so we will NOT have class on the 10th or 12th this weekend, unfortunately. I am happy to send workouts if you would like them.
I also will be hosting Tuesday on Zoom tomorrow due to the rain. Starting next week I am going to attempt the following:
Tuesdays- Outside in a Buffalo Grove Park (TBD)
Thursdays on Zoom
Saturdays – Outside in our usual spot in LZ.
