I’m so sorry to cancel, but I have not been feeling well since yesterday. I definitely don’t want to share anything with anyone. We had talked about an outdoor class by the bridge, so I will keep that in mind for Thursday possibly.

You can do this as one exercise for 4 minutes (round 1: just high knees for 4 minutes) or go through all of them in order for one round of 8 exercises and complete it 8 times.
- High Knees (in place or moving)
- Squat – Bicep Curl- Shoulder Press
- Jump Squats or weighted squats
- Hit the Floors
- Side Lunges with Dumbbells
- Full sit-ups with weight overhead
