I dropped a heavy garbage bin on my foot a few minutes ago and I’m hoping it’s just badly bruised and not broken. I also have a black eye from a fight I had with a closet door the night before. Apparently my house is out to get me. Send some positive vibes over here if you can…

Today is a beautiful day out! Get out and enjoy the sunshine and then come to class if you can at 5:30 PM. I have a quick and effective Tabata workout to kick your calorie burning into gear. Maybe a run or walk before or after class to take advantage of this great weather can round out your workout. Or bring your computer outside today and do both at the same time! 🙂
