Saturday…outside in LZ!

In case you aren’t there tomorrow, please note that class next will be on Monday night (in Buffalo Grove weather permitting) Thursday, and Saturday. We are also thinking about a little social outing on Thursday night after class so be sure to check your calendars now and cancel any other plans you had! Hope to see everyone this week!

No Class tonight!

I’m so sorry to cancel, but I have not been feeling well since yesterday. I definitely don’t want to share anything with anyone. We had talked about an outdoor class by the bridge, so I will keep that in mind for Thursday possibly.

If you need/want a workout, here is my Tabata workout for you!

You can do this as one exercise for 4 minutes (round 1: just high knees for 4 minutes) or go through all of them in order for one round of 8 exercises and complete it 8 times.

  1. High Knees (in place or moving)
  2. Squat – Bicep Curl- Shoulder Press
  3. Jump Squats or weighted squats
  4. Push-ups
  5. Hit the Floors
  6. Side Lunges with Dumbbells
  7. Burpees
  8. Full sit-ups with weight overhead
