Sorry for the late notice, my kids are just getting to sleep. And now, I am sitting down to plan our outdoor workout. I realize a few people can’t make it or needed a quick workout to get to other events tomorrow, and for that, I apologize. The majority of responses were for outside. If you cannot make it tomorrow, please use one of the recorded HIIT Boot Camp videos (on my YouTube page) to guide you.
For those who can make it, please bring your weights, a mat if you want one (we will be in the grass primarily), sunscreen and water. If the parking lot is full, I suggest you drop your weights off and then park near my house again and walk/run back.
