Saturday Class

Don’t forget that we will start at 9 AM tomorrow morning. It will be on Zoom, as the ice is pretty thick out there and I don’t want anyone slipping and getting hurt.

Let’s welcome in the New Year with a butt kicking workout!

This is the time to reflect on last year and think about how you can be better in 2021. Now most of you are pretty near perfect, myself included :), but if we are being honest, we can always be better! Right?! So, what are your health goals for this year? What positive changes can you make to improve your quality of living?

If you feel comfortable, I’d love for you to share them here! Let’s cheer each other on and help each other be successful.

Gratitude

Gratitude: the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.

My heart is full of gratitude for each of you. Without you, I would never have learned as much as I have about YouTube, Zoom, Camera and Lighting systems (although still not professional), exercising in a small space, and more. This year has been one we will never forget. Luckily, we have had each other to motivate and cheer each other on through it all. I’m not sure how we did it, but we have continued to build a group of kind, friendly, and strong individuals. There is no other group of people I would rather be hitting fitness goals with or challenging not only our bodies, but our minds too, as we continue to show up week after week to resist the quarantine pounds and depression.

I simply cannot thank you enough for the love and support you have shown me over the years, but especially these last few months. And from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for the generous holiday gift. I am so appreciative. Time with you and hearing positive health (and personal) stories is all of the gift I need though:)

I completely forgot about something on Thursday morning, so I would need to do a class Thursday evening. Please take the quick survey and let me know if you were planning to workout Thursday and if you can participate in the evening still. I realize some people may have family plans Thursday evening, so if most can’t make it then we will skip our Thursday workout together to honor the holiday.

Don’t worry, I will still make sure to send you a workout to use that day 🙂
