OUTDOOR WORKOUT TOMORROW!!!!

Please help me in completing my Birthday Burpees tomorrow, live and in person!

Text me at 847-431-4055 and let me know if you will be joining me. I will send you my address and info in the text. (For those that met us outside last time, it will be the same location! But please still text me and let me know you are coming so I know how many to expect)

  • Mat
  • Towel
  • Water

I haven’t gone this many days in a long time without seeing you guys! I’m excited to see you all tonight. You will need your discs/towels for tonight’s workout.

As a reminder, this week there will be no class on Thursday, July 16. I will be busy celebrating the big 4-0 with my family. However, we will celebrate with our 40 Birthday Burpees in person (weather permitting) on Saturday, July 18!!!

Saturday Class – Outdoors

Sorry for the late notice, my kids are just getting to sleep. And now, I am sitting down to plan our outdoor workout. I realize a few people can’t make it or needed a quick workout to get to other events tomorrow, and for that, I apologize. The majority of responses were for outside. If you cannot make it tomorrow, please use one of the recorded HIIT Boot Camp videos (on my YouTube page) to guide you.

For those who can make it, please bring your weights, a mat if you want one (we will be in the grass primarily), sunscreen and water. If the parking lot is full, I suggest you drop your weights off and then park near my house again and walk/run back.

Survey

I tried to create a mini survey to get a feel for who is interested in an outdoor workout tomorrow morning, but Survey Monkey is down. If possible, can you just leave me a comment and let me know your response so I can put a workout together tonight?

Please answer the following in a comment below, an email, or text me:

  1. Are you interested in working out outdoors tomorrow?
  2. I was unable to reach parks and rec due to holiday hours. Are you interested/willing to come to Lake Zurich again? I am thinking of using the open fields by the park near my house (where you did stations if you came last time). Since we all like to workout together clearly (although we do a bit too much socializing sometimes):)
  3. You would bring your own weights, mat (if you want it), towel, water, etc. It’s in the grass and you could distance as much as you want or need.
  4. Please comment with home workout preferred if you do not wish to travel or be outside.

Saturday Morning Workout

I apologize for anyone that didn’t get the memo about class on Thursday. I meant to send the email reminder earlier and got side tracked. Be sure to always check the schedule for any updates or changes to the schedule. Thanks to those that messaged or emailed me the classes you tried from the recordings. So glad some of you are using them.

There will be class tomorrow. I was hoping to have it outdoors, but the space I was going to use will be too wet tomorrow morning due to all of this rain. I don’t want to be responsible for buying you all new shoes πŸ™‚ Therefore, tomorrow morning will be a home workout. I will see you on Zoom at 9:30 AM!
