Getting your Pulse!

Who else would be emailing you about working out 10 PM on a Friday? It’s me! It’s me! I’m still finalizing some of the details, but get ready to workout Andrew Jackson style. Don’t know what that means, join me tomorrow at 9:30 AM to find out.

Bring weights, a mat, be prepared to utilize your stairs tomorrow. (If you don’t have stairs, don’t worry, I have a plan for you too.)

Ready to work?

Get your Saturday work out finished by 10:30 tomorrow morning. Come join me at 9:30 AM with weights, a mat, a piece of paper and a pen/pencil. You will need to keep count and track your reps. The more you focus on counting your reps, the more likely you are to push yourself just a little bit harder. This will be a full-body workout.

I hope you’re ready. What am I saying, I hope I’m ready 🙂

Saturday Morning FUN!

Don’t forget to start your day out with a heart pumping workout and have some fun with me. Meet me in your workout space at 9:30 AM.

You will need weights, discs/towels/paper plates, and a mat. And bring your CAN DO attitude to 🙂

And if you want to really challenge yourself, you can run the bridge 4-8 times after since it will be so nice out.

Oh, and one more thing, we have a birthday to celebrate! (In case you are new to class, that means lots of burpees).
